Easy to communicate with and I really enjoy the relaxing pop cover instrumentals, different from other spas. I decided to try them and their early bird special. The receptionist was super friendly. I came in super tight and sore on my shoulders and neck. I got the combination massage, normally I'm a fan of strong accupressure or deep tissue. The minute my masseuse stepped on my back in fact she said, "Oh my god." But she amazingly got all my knots out, no easy nor repeated feat in the past. I loved my masseuse, Deedee.  Verified My favorite Thai Massage! Facility is clean and comforting. The front desk woman is very friendly and nice. The massage itself is magical. They really get into all of the nooks and crannies of my sore muscles. I also love the fact that they always ask if I have a special area I want to focus on every time and they really work out my knots. Favorite girl is Yaya.  Verified We had the couples massage here to celebrate Mother's Day. 

The massage was great and the walking felt really good getting the kinks out of my lower back. 

Parking is easy and literally next to Mitsuwa so we had ramen dinner after our amazing massage.

 Verified The test of a great massage is when you walk out not realizing you are still wearing the slippers they give you. This place is amazing. Full 90 minutes.  Verified I love Thai Massages.  I went to Tranquil to help a very sore and tight calf, IT band and ankle.  I met Didi and she was amazing.  She asked me where to focus and she was very helpful and made sure to check in regarding my pain threshold.  The work and stretches really helped!  I will be back more often and request Didi!
